Jonathan joined Minett & Partners in November 2002 as a senior accountant and has since been promoted to a Managerial role. Jonathan is focused on providing taxation, accounting and general business services advice to the small and medium enterprises sector.

As a business services Executive Client Manager, Jonathan provides a high quality service to many high net worth individuals and their family groups, specifically, advice on structural, taxation compliance and general day-to-day matters.

More recently Jonathan has been involved with the complexities of preparing the annual financial statements for an Australian listed entity, including compliance with ASX Listing Rules, research on R & D activities, compliance with the AIFRS standards and preparation of consolidated income tax returns.

Jonathan’s qualifications include:

• An Associate Diploma of Accounting.
• Bachelor of Business – majoring in Accounting
• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
• Financial Planning Proper Authority Course – Securities Institute & Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
• Justice of the Peace.
