Karen joined Minett & Partners in 2009 as an executive client manager and was appointed a director of Minett & Partners Auditing Pty Limited in 2010. Karen has had over 10 years extensive experience in providing audits and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Her clients include listed, public and private entities such as manufacturers, traders, consultants, financial services providers, superannuation funds and solicitors. Karen has particular interest in providing valuable insight into the types of risks that companies face and how to manage those risks and opportunities. She also provides advice on technical matters including financial reporting disclosures and interpretations of accounting standards.

In addition to her client service role, Karen is keen to contribute back towards the profession. She acts as Chartered Accountants Program Focus Session Leader and Module Examiner for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
